They were supposed to take me for dialysis from Terrell Healthcare to Fresinius in Balch Springs.
Twice they didn't show up & I missed my dialysis.
Today, June 26th theu picked me up & took me on time however when it came time to take me back I waited 2 hours
before they showed up. Then had 2 other passengers which he took home first.
I will be telling the bad experience I
had. They are not very professional or organized.

This was my first time using this company, and they were the best to work with! They responded to our requests of rescheduling our pickup time immediately and were able to adjust our driver’s schedule so we wouldn’t incur a cancellation fee. Our driver arrived 30 minutes early, was extremely helpful, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I booked a Cadillac Escalade through Great Hills Limousine for a proposal plan, with multiple stops leading up to the big moment. The driver went above and beyond—touring with me in advance to ensure every detail was perfect. He was thorough, considerate, and even played the music I requested. The car was spotless, and he handled everything I needed—from timing to parking—making the entire experience even more special for us. I’m truly grateful for the role they played in such a memorable day!

Wonderful experience with Great Hills Limousine for a getaway car for our daughter’s wedding!!! We had a last minute car catastrophe and Great Hills Limousine was able to get us in on very short notice and was exceptionally accommodating. Very professional and friendly driver and excellent communication. Highly recommended!!!

I called Great Hills Limousine the day before my daughter’s prom and Amine helped me get booked with the 7 Series BMW/driver Zane. The driver arrived early (as mentioned he would when I booked) and he was so calm and friendly! I knew my daughter and her date would have a safe ride all night which really put my mind at ease as a parent on prom night. And they looked super cool in a plush 7 series!! Thank you again for the great service! We will definitely be calling again! : )

Such a great experience. The car was exceptionally clean, and the service was fantastic. I was able to get a quiet ride home as I was working on some projects. Everything was phenomenal from both a service and vehicle stand point. So nice to have the legroom to stretch out! I’ll be calling again for my next trip!
